2. Will your products help with dark marks (hyperpigmentation)?
Our products are formulated to support brighter, healthier-looking skin and improve the appearance of post-acne marks and uneven skin tone over time.
The best results come from using your routine consistently. Healthy skin is built through daily habits—not overnight miracles.
3. How long before I see results?
Everyone's skin is different.
Some customers notice improvements in hydration and overall glow within a few weeks, while fading dark marks typically takes longer and depends on factors like your skin type, the age of the marks, and how consistently you use your routine.
We recommend giving your routine at least 8–12 weeks of consistent use.
4. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

If you're already using active ingredients like retinol, exfoliating acids, or prescription treatments, introduce new products slowly.

10. Do you test on animals?
No.
We do not test our finished products on animals.
11. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, we'll announce it on our website and social media.
12. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days before shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
13. Can I return skincare products?
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
